Our First OB Visit

For those of you who may not know, I'm pregnant. We found out the day after Christmas and have kept it under-wraps for the most part until recently. Kreat immediately dubbed our bundle of joy, "the passenger." The nick-name stuck (I think it's cute). We went to the OBGYN today where we met our tiny passenger for the first time. It was a really wonderful experience. We were able to see the baby move its teeny-tiny arms and legs and heard its heart beat (165 beats/min. - perfect). I am 9weeks gestation today, not out of the woods, but so far so good. The due date is September 2, 2008. We go back in on Feb. 25 for our next check up. In the mean time, my focus is on school...as always.

Another Year of School

Yesterday was the beginning of the end...the first day of my last year of school. I couldn't be happier. Though the day was quite boring and filled with meaningless introductions and anecdotes, I am excited to say that there is now a light at the end of the tunnel!
