The baby moves around a lot, I don't know what it's doing in there, but it's keeping very busy. The other day Kreat and I were on the couch, I was laying on my side watching tv and WHACK! The baby made a running start in what I think was an effort to escape; I had never felt it move like that before. It startled me and was kind of uncomfortable, so I scolded it and told it that I was going to count to three and that if it didn't stop hitting me I was going to have to come in there...I'm practicing my discipline techniques early.
We ordered nursery furniture, which was very exciting. Just the basics, since we don't know what color scheme to use yet - a crib, changing table and rocking chair with ottoman. I'm excited to see it and set it up, but I'll be more excited when I know what this child is so that I can paint the room and decorate!

8.5 lbs!!!! i'll take that. I think I gained about 7 this week, well that's what the scale says anyways. You look GREAT. Do people ask you if you are pregnant yet? You look preggo to me, but even now some people think I just have a gut. anyways enjoy the contained movement without noise because it will only be that way for 20 more weeks.
