Today Marshall had to move from his infant car seat to a convertable car seat. It just seems like it has all happened so fast. At 22lbs & 28 inches he is squished into his infant seat; his shoulders have no room at all and his feet touch the seat that he faces.
When we bought the infant seat we were attracted to this particular one because it states that it can hold an infant up to 30lbs and 30 inches...you tell me if you think that Marshall could still be in that seat for another 8lbs and 2 inches. I don't think so. He just looks so uncomfortable. We loved our Peg Perego seat, but it is now time to make the move to something a little more comfortable.
The new seat will hold an infant rear facing up to 35lbs and forward facing up to 65lbs. It apparently has multiple settings to accomodate the varying weights. Any who. I thought it was cute and now we should be set. I just can't believe that my little guy is already in a new car seat. They really do grow so fast, don't they?
